R. SAMUEL BELL – Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
R. Samuel Bell has served as a Director of the Company since August 24, 2010 and was appointed CEO on September 7, 2010. He brings over 30 years of experience from petroleum marketers and distributors, to biodiesel plants and chemical processing facilities. He has proven successful as an entrepreneur and powerful leader in growing industry related companies and integrating acquisitions. Mr. Bell contributes his extensive expertise, expansive network and ability to identify and convert profitable opportunities to the Incoming, Inc. management team.
Mr. Bell’s current portfolio of energy companies includes: Fred H. Wood Oil Company, Inc. – a petroleum distributor, founded in 1928; Echols Oil Company, Inc. – a petroleum distributor, founded in 1932; and Global Petroleum Services, LLC – an investment banking firm specializing in oil and gas investments, founded in 1988. Mr. Bell lends his expertise to national associations and trade groups through board seats and speaking engagements throughout the country. Among his currently held positions are: Executive Board member and past President of the South Carolina Petroleum Marketers Association, Executive Board member since 2004; Southeast Vice Chairman of the Petroleum Marketers of America Association, Executive Board member and National PAC Chairman since 2008; Board Member for the National Oilheat Research Alliance.
ERIC NORRIS – Vice President of Finance
Eric Norris has served as VP of Finance of the Company since September 2010. He lends over 6 years of senior level accounting experience and 10 years of engineering expertise. Mr. Norris possesses a broad range of experience including aspects of administration, public accounting, financial management, and engineering. Following his 10 year career as a successful engineer, Mr. Norris transitioned to finance immediately landing a senior accountant position at KPMG, LLP developing audit plans, evaluating accounting operations and coordinating field test work. Mr. Norris has worked in renewable energy for 4 years.
Mr. Norris, a certified public accountant and registered professional engineer graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and continued his education to earn a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
RANDY DELLINGER – Vice President of North American Bio-Energies
Randy Dellinger is one of the original founders of North American Bio-Energies, LLC. (NABE) serving as VP of NABE of the Company since the acquisition. He began his career in the US Navy as Ocean Systems Technician for four years before transitioning to the telecommunications industry. Mr. Dellinger served as an engineer at Bell South and project manager at MCI. Prior to founding NABE, he worked as senior management consulting for Cruces Consulting for six years.
Mr. Dellinger has a Bachelor of Science degree from Dallas Baptist University. He is currently on the Advisory Boards of Appalachian State University and A-B Technical College, as well as Board member of the North Carolina Biodiesel Association.
